The DPR roofing team has recently completed a complete new roof job at the very popular Brudenell Social Club in Leeds, a place where Managing Director Darren Rickett used to work as a young boy.
The social club, which has become one of the best places to see music in close to central Leeds, is a fun loving venue with events on almost every day and night. It is often packed to the rafters with locals who enjoy its ambience and reflects it’s ‘for the members by the members’ philosophy.
The venue had a few roofing issues which had caused leaks into the internal parts of the building. Because of their packed schedule, they required a comprehensive roof repair working around their line-up, something which DPR were more than happy to do.
The family run business had a problem with their existing roof and DPR provide a full GRP re-roof repair on the private venue. GRP roofs will last up to 60 years when installed correctly, with no hardly any deterioration during that time. Whilst surveying the roof, Darren Rickett (Managing Director of DPR) was particularly reminiscent having worked then during his early teenage years for many hours a during the Fri-Sat-Sun weekend evenings, one of his first jobs before setting up DPR limited later in his life. He recalls getting £1.50 and hour.
This individual project shows how DPR Ltd are able to provide a high quality service for businesses and get them back working as quickly as possible.
