Below are a list of the current accreditations we work towards to ensure we offer the highest levels of quality as a roofing company in Leeds.
Trust Mark
TrustMark is a quality score which operates to a strict code and structure under which 30 plus scheme operators work in the RMI (repair, maintenance and improvement) sector. The scheme includes companies in the trade associations, local government trading standards teams, and independent scheme operators.
These formats are permitted to carry the TrustMark logo and allow for better recruitment of reputable and trustworthy tradesmen. This then allows the TrustMark scheme operators to actively adhere RMI sector standards, and tackle related issues or problems with better understanding and togetherness. All of these scheme operators are reviewed annually by TrustMark, to make sure that all the policies are followed in the correct procedures and development can be maintained. DPR Roofing has developed immensely since being a TrustMark accredited company and are delighted to have such an award.
FMB (Federation of Master Builders)
60 years ago, FMB was set up as a trade association The FMB is a trade association with aims to protect the interests of small and medium-sized building firms. Now, it has grown into the UK’s largest trade association in the building industry.
The FMB is a resource of information, professional recommendation and support for its associates, and stems to provide relevant business and industry engaging news, which will hopefully save them time and money. The FMB is a non-profit-making and independent organisation, which is actively lobbying for members’ interests across both the national and local levels.
SMAS Worksafe
We are SMAS worksafe accredited. This means that we have met the SSIP core criteria recognised by the HSE and other SSIP accreditation schemes. Meeting the SSIP Core Criteria demonstrates that we are serious about H&S and have (and use) an effective H&S Management System to ensure that any work they are engaged in is, so far as reasonably practical, carried out without risk to health and safety.
CORC (Confed’ of Roofing Cont’s)
Established in 1985, the Confederation of Roofing Contractors (CORC) is the premier roofing trades association in the UK. Their members are considered to be the best roofing contractors in the business. The standards of joining CORC are extremely stringent, therefore if a roofing contractor carries a membership then you can rest assured they are amongst the best in the country at what they do.
