When Mr &Mrs Tankard of Wakefield, WF1 saw water coming through the roof of their porch, they new they had a major problem. Following a comprehensive site survey, DPR Ltd identified that they had a flat roof problem which was in need of urgent attention. Remedial work to fix the flat roof included stripping and disposing the old felt and then replacing it with a high performance fibre glass based polyester felt, with green mineral edgings and upstands. The upstands were then chased into the wall by and pointed to ensure a watertight seal. The customer also benefited from a 5 year guarantee on their new flat roof.
