DPR Roofing was recently contracted for works at ‘Gusto’ on Greek Street in Leeds to provide roof maintenance and repair services at the renowned Italian restaurant.
The previous roofing contractors had made mistakes in roof junctions and flashings and the company wanted them to be fixed properly. High end outlets feel the trust in a qualified, super punctual and honest company and long gone are the van and a man contractors as they just are not prepared and covered for all eventualities.
The works were completed during November on Sundays for health and safety requirements due to pedestrians/traffic being very minimised. The full specification included:
- New water slope system for the steel parapet capping sheets and multiple polymer seals for steel to masonry to the adjoining La Tasca Restaurant and living accommodation apartments.
