DPR Roofing in Leeds have had a busy week this week following the torrential rain and strong winds that have hit the region.
The early autumn conditions have caused damage to the roofs of commercial and domestic properties throughout Leeds and its surrounding areas. DPR’s team of roof repair engineers have been inundated with emergency calls.
The busy spell is expected to continue this week as the Environment Agency issues flood warnings and restrictions are put in place on West Yorkshire’s motorways due to strong winds. However, conditions should not be as severe as on Tuesday when violent storms and driving rain brought the disappointing summer to an abrupt end.
Darren Rickett, Managing Director of DPR, commented, “Strong winds and torrential rain can cause considerable damage to roof tiles and is a common occurrence.
“Our reputation for providing high quality roof repairs and our quick and responsive roofing service ensured that we have been kept busy.”
