DPR recently undertook a comprehensive roof repair project in Oaklands Close, Leeds, LS16. Work included the cleaning out of all the roof and conservatory guttering which was full of moss and leaves, and then sealing all the gutter joints with fibreglass resin. Other work included repairing some broken tiles from the roof chimney breast, and replacing them with rosemary type tiles. Also required was to remove and replace the wet rotted timber fascia boards, and to replace some mortar openings casued by birds.
