When water and damp started to appear in the apartment above Pheonix Enterprises in Huddersfield, the owner was extremely concerned, not least because of the problem itself, but also because of the risk it posed to the shop and its ability to continue trading. Damaged stock or risk to health and safety might mean the shop would have to close, which would have been disastrous for the owners on the run up to Xmas. Following a professional roof survey DPR quickly identified that the roof ridge tiles to the top of the valley needed to be replaced, whilst there were also several slates which needed replacing, re-sealing and waterproofing. The roof problem was rectified with immediate effect.
