The client has been experience ongoing water issues due to poor and undersized guttering plus defective fall pipes. After years of others carrying out repairs the problem still persisted. We recommended a full renewal using a deeper gutter system and new fall pipes.
The client, Blake Property Management approached only late last year for a smaller job doing in Wakefield and was so impressed with the level of service he received that we are now their preferred contractors. Clients such as management companies love feedback and photos which is where we outshine any other roofing company.
The job was completed in 2 days and left spotless.
