    6. Re-setted lifted lead work to the side elevation chimney stack, to lead adhesive
    7. Removed damaged roof tile and replaced with new tiles to the side elevation
    8. Renewed mortar flaunching after applying SBR adhesive to the chimney stack
    9. Removed all resultant rubble from all of the above works

    2. Removed remaining remnants of defective / wind loosened ridge tiles
    3. Lifted existing ridge tiles that were dangerously loose
    4. Removed old mortar bedding and disposed of
    5. Supplied and fitted new ridge tiles and reset to new mortar bedding along with existing ridge tiles
    6. Took down guttering section at the side elevation, which had been damaged by falling tiles
    7. Supplied and fitted new guttering section to include new fittings
