The occupants of a property on Walford Grove in Leeds contacted DPR Roofing when they noticed their gutter was leaking, causing water to overflow during heavy rain. DPR Roofers visited the property and inspected the roof. They established that the existing gutter was worn and needed replacing.

In order to complete these works the roofers had to erect access equipment to comply with health and safety. They then took down and disposed of the main elevation timber gutter and replaced it with a new pre-treated timber gutter. They sealed the gutter in glass fibre resin compound and painted it to a black gloss finish. A new fall pipe section was fitted into the top cast iron collar joint and before completing the project the roofers test the new gutter and pipe for water tightness.
